TaskBoard365 is a project management platform that provides kanban boards, task management, collaboration tools, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use TaskBoard365, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to hack our systems
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

TaskBoard365 and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TaskBoard365 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours—we do not claim ownership of the data you create within the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaskBoard365 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
